Wheelchair-accessible rides in Vancouver
ARK doesn’t drive in Vancouver yet, so you can’t book a ride here. Tell us you need one and we’ll write to you the day we launch. Travel seated in your own manual or power wheelchair. ARK matches you with a low-floor ramp or lift-equipped vehicle and a driver trained in 4-point securement. When ARK launches in Vancouver, British Columbia, wheelchair rides will cover Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant through Metro Vancouver, including trips to Vancouver General Hospital and St. Paul's Hospital. BC riders may be eligible for support through Persons with Disabilities (PWD) benefits and regional Health Connections travel assistance.
