Safety
Safety, built in — and built accessible.
The safety features you’d expect, designed so every rider — including those with mobility, sensory, and cognitive disabilities — can actually use them when it matters.

Where ARK goes further
Safety tooling only protects you if you can reach it. ARK treats that as a requirement, not an afterthought.
One-tap, always-reachable emergency
Every safety control is operable with one tap, large targets, and full screen-reader, switch, and voice support. In an emergency a rider with a motor or cognitive disability should never have to hunt through menus — the emergency action is surfaced persistently during a trip.
Caregiver & trusted-contact monitoring
A caregiver or trusted contact can actively watch a trip and intervene — wired to the same live tracking used by care coordinators.
Communication-accessible 911
A text-first, relay-friendly emergency path and a plain-language emergency mode, for riders who can’t or shouldn’t make a voice call.
