Non-emergency medical transportation in Vancouver
ARK doesn’t drive in Vancouver yet, so you can’t book a ride here. Tell us you need one and we’ll write to you the day we launch. Reliable non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) to clinics, hospitals, dialysis, and discharge — with trained drivers, door-to-door support, and — coming soon — billing split across funding sources. When ARK launches in Vancouver, British Columbia, medical transport will cover Kitsilano and Mount Pleasant through Metro Vancouver, including trips to Vancouver General Hospital and St. Paul's Hospital. BC riders may be eligible for support through Persons with Disabilities (PWD) benefits and regional Health Connections travel assistance.

Wheelchair-accessible van (ramp)
Low-floor van with a side or rear ramp and 4-point securement — fits most manual and power wheelchairs.
Wheelchair-accessible van (lift)
Powered lift for heavier power chairs and scooters, with extra headroom and securement.
Adapted sedan
Comfortable sedan with transfer assistance for ambulatory riders who don’t travel seated in their wheelchair.
Funding & subsidy
BC riders may be eligible for support through Persons with Disabilities (PWD) benefits and regional Health Connections travel assistance.
