ARK matches you with a low-floor ramp or lift-equipped vehicle and a driver trained in 4-point securement. When ARK launches in Halifax, Nova Scotia, wheelchair rides will cover Dartmouth and Bedford through the Halifax Regional Municipality, including trips to QEII Health Sciences Centre and IWK Health Centre. Nova Scotia riders on Income Assistance disability supports and other provincial programs may have eligible trips covered.
