Non-emergency medical transportation in Halifax
ARK doesn’t drive in Halifax yet, so you can’t book a ride here. Tell us you need one and we’ll write to you the day we launch. Reliable non-emergency medical transport (NEMT) to clinics, hospitals, dialysis, and discharge — with trained drivers, door-to-door support, and — coming soon — billing split across funding sources. When ARK launches in Halifax, Nova Scotia, medical transport will cover Dartmouth and Bedford through the Halifax Regional Municipality, including trips to QEII Health Sciences Centre and IWK Health Centre. Nova Scotia riders on Income Assistance disability supports and other provincial programs may have eligible trips covered.
