Trained attendants and a stretcher-equipped vehicle move you safely between home, hospital, and care facilities. When ARK launches in London, Ontario, stretcher rides will cover Byron and Masonville through Byron and Masonville, including trips to London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph's Health Care London. ODSP recipients and other Ontario disability programs may cover eligible medical trips, and the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) supports related mobility needs. Direct billing through ARK is coming soon.
