Billing, refunds & disputes
Charges from ARK appear on your statement as ARKACCESS.CA. If you don't recognize a charge, believe you were billed incorrectly, or need a refund, email [email protected] or call 1-888-469-9009 with the ride date and the amount. We review every billing request within 24 hours and issue eligible refunds to your original payment method.
Cancellations made before a driver is assigned are always free. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
