Wheelchair-accessible rides in Montréal

ARK doesn’t drive in Montréal yet, so you can’t book a ride here. Tell us you need one and we’ll write to you the day we launch. Travel seated in your own manual or power wheelchair. ARK matches you with a low-floor ramp or lift-equipped vehicle and a driver trained in 4-point securement. When ARK launches in Montréal, Quebec, wheelchair rides will cover Plateau-Mont-Royal and Verdun through the Greater Montréal area, including trips to Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) and Montreal General Hospital. Quebec riders may access transport support through programs such as the RAMQ and the SAAQ; direct billing for care organizations through ARK is coming soon.
