How to book a ride
Request a ride now or schedule one ahead — no app required.
You can book a ride from the ARK app or directly from arkaccess.ca — no app required to get started.
From the website
Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses, choose Standard, XL, Premium or wheelchair accessible, see the price, and confirm. We match you with the nearest vetted driver in that car.
Setting your accessibility needs
Set your accessibility profile once — wheelchair type, service animal, door-to-door assistance, low-sensory preference. Every future ride filters to a vehicle that can serve it.
